Here we have created the Betty White cocktail. This tasty Hi-ball is fortified with Finlandia Wildberry & Rose botanical vodka. Topping it off is white peach Calpico, a refreshing Japanese soft drink with a perfect sweet and tangy taste. Perfect drink for a perfect peach of a leading lady!
INGREDIENTS:
5 oz White Peach Calpico
Cucumber Ribbons
Sliced Starfruit
DIRECTIONS:
Using a vegetable peeler, peel ribbons of cucumber lengthwise and spiral a ribbon inside a tall collins glass.
Fill with ice.
Pour over the cocktail ingredients and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced starfruit on a pick.
