2oz Novo Fogo Tanager Cachaça

2 dash Scrappy's Orleans bitters

2 dash Scrappy's Angostura bitters

.25oz simple syrup

1 barspoon absinthe

DIRECTIONS

Stir with ice and strain into absinthe rinsed glass.

Garnish with lemon peel.
